Marta Lucas

Psychologist

Throughout her career, she has developed experience in psychological support for adolescents and adults, seeking to offer a space for listening, understanding, and growth tailored to each person's needs and goals. Her work focuses on promoting psychological wellbeing and building resources that help people cope more adaptively with life's challenges. She also has experience supporting families and accompanying people in palliative care, which has allowed her to engage with different clinical realities and deepen her understanding of the emotional challenges present across the life cycle. Her clinical practice is based on an individualized, evidence-based approach, grounded in a therapeutic relationship of trust, empathy, and authenticity. She seeks to create a safe and welcoming space where each person feels understood and supported in their process of change and personal development. She believes psychology can be an opportunity for self-knowledge, growth, and transformation, helping each person find new resources to promote emotional balance and quality of life.
